• Four-day accommodation prices include registration, ultra all inclusive accommodation and hotel-airport/airport-hotel transfers in Antalya.

• 20% VAT is included in the prices.

• Daily accommodations to be purchased in addition to the dates of November 13-17 will be subject to availability at the hotel.

Cancellation Conditions

• In case of cancellation request made before August 15, 2024, the deposited registration fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of the bank charges.

• There will be no refund for cancellations made after August 15, 2024.

• Only name changes will be accepted after August 15, 2024.

• All refunds will be made after the congress.
